Metal Backed PCB's
Printech has always been at the forefront of metal backed printed circuit boards, whether it is using
pre-bonded materials direct from the manufacturer or via post bonded techniques, (processing a
conventional, pth or multilayer and bonding it to a fully machined heat sink / grounding plate).
Printech can process materials that have either aluminium, copper or brass backing ranging in
thickness from 0.4mm to 10mm. Circuits can also be made from any of the available microwave
laminates and post bonded to pre-fabricated metal structures using either electrically conductive or non-conductive sheet adhesives.

Our dedicated machining equipment for this type of product includes Brother and Bridgeport milling machines as well as a Lenz wet profile milling machine.
