Flexi Rigid
Printech manufactures a wide range of flex rigid M/Ls using a variety of constructions and builds.
These range from simple 3 layers of Kapton bonded together and plated through to complex builds
with up to 20 layers. These are constructed from FR4, high tg FR4 as well as all polyimide builds
using rigid polyimide laminates. Flex rigid M/Ls have also been manufactured using Rogers 4350
laminates and prepregs incorporating both blind and buried vias.
